Studio Golondrina is ideal for artist groups, sharing a car and accommodation.
The studio can accommodate a maximum of four sculptors at any one time. The minimum stay is 4 days.
Studio rates
Individual £65 per day (or Euro equivalent)
Group of two £58 pp
Group of three £54 pp
Group of four £50 pp
Students and young persons enjoy an additional 10% concession.
The above rates apply for stays between 4 and 7 days. Terms for
longer stays are negotiable.
Non-participating companions are welcome to use the studio as a
base for their own activities.
How to book
Complete the contact form. A booking form and vacancy calendar for both Studio Golondrina and local accommodation will be forwarded within 24 hours. Return the form with your selected dates and accommodation requirements. Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours.
Bookings are reserved for 4 days subject to receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £100 per person (or Euro equivalent). The balance is payable upon arrival. Payment options are forwarded with the booking form.
Should you need to cancel a booking, your deposit will be credited toward a future visit.

Accommodation in Cañada de Benatanduz can be booked directly through the studio:

Early booking is advised, especially during the August fiesta season and national holidays. Availability is not controlled by the studio.

What to bring
Cañada de Benatanduz is at high altitude, with a daily temperature range of 15 degrees or more in summer. Long, hot summer days can be followed by crisp nights or wild electrical storms. Come prepared for changing conditions!
You will need stout boots and a sun hat for working in the studio. Some people find soft gloves useful. A sketchbook is always handy.
The workshops are covered by public liability insurance but visitors are advised to take out their own travel insurance.
